PAYMENT METHODS

We use PAYPAL and STRIPE as our payment gateway for International / Worldwide customers.( Except India ).You are free to choose any one of the payment gateways as both Paypal and Stripe are the world’s most trusted and secure payment gateways.

For Indian customers PAYUMONEY is the payment gateway and Payumoney accepts a wide variety of Indian debit and credit cards. Payumoney accepts only Indian cards.

The Customer must guarantee that he/she is the account holder of the bank / card used for payment.During payment, the bank / payment gateway will request personal information from the Customer in Order to verify the identity of the card holder.

CONFIRMATION OF THE PAYMENT METHOD AND PAYMENT OF THE ORDER.

All Customers are required to enter their billing and shipping address, after which they will be asked to select a payment method and to enter the information related to it, and must then verify the accuracy of his/her selection before confirming the Order.

The Customer will have the option, before finalizing his/her Order, to verify the details of his/her Order and its total price and to correct any errors, before confirming the Order to express his/her acceptance.

At the end of the ordering process described above and after accepting the Terms of Sale and Use in their entirety, as well as the “Data and Cookies” Charter of the Website, the Customer must click on the “Confirm your purchase” button.  Any Order entails an obligation to pay.

Once the order is completed and the payment is made from your side, there can be no cancellation of the order for any reason whatsoever.

Acknowledgment of receipt and Confirmation of the order

Once the payment has been confirmed and duly completed, an Order confirmation will then be sent indicating the total amount of the Order, information related to delivery times, key features, and the quantity and price of the Products purchased.

A summary of the order acknowledging receipt of the order will then be sent by e-mail by Tiruvannamalai Handicrafts to the Customer.If you do not see the order summary or the invoice copy in your email inbox, kindly check your spam folder for the same.

The customer is advised to keep the e-mail confirmation of the order safely for any future reference to the order.

SECURITY OF PAYMENTS

PAYPAL,STRIPE & PAYUMONEY are all completely safe and secure payment gateways. All transactions made on the Tiruvannamalaihandicrafts.com site are highly secure. An SSL encryption system is in place to protect personal and payment data. Tiruvannamalaihandicrafts.com does not store your Debit / Credit card details.

ZERO TAX FOR EXPORT / INTERNATIONAL BUYERS

All Exports / International buyers are exempted from the usual 18% tax (Indian VAT-GST) as per guidelines and permission granted by Government of India. However,International buyers have to pay customs duties as prescribed by your country when the shipment arrives to you.

Buyers in India will be added with 18% Tax on all products and shipping.

Customers using Billing address in India cannot ship to International countries.Like wise International customers using International billing address cannot ship to India.

CUSTOMS DUTIES 

International Customs fee is additional for International buyers and not included in the invoice. The buyer will have to pay the duties as their respective countries law. The custom duties will be collected from the buyer by the carrier when the shipment arrives to you.Customs duties generally  is between 0 – 22%. But they may keep changing slightly and vary from country to country.
